Delete your Rumbo account
Rumbo Spanish is developed by David Latchman (sole trader). This page explains how to delete your account and what happens when you do.
How to delete your account
In the app or on the website: sign in, go to your Profile, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, learning progress, writing and speaking submissions, and saved items are permanently deleted. Voice recordings sent for transcription are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
If you have an active website subscription, deleting your account cancels it. If your website subscription is in a trial or past due, or you're not sure, please check your billing before deleting or contact support.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Cancel those yourself:
Apple: in your iPhone or iPad's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Google Play: in the Play Store → Subscriptions.
If you can't sign in
Email hello@rumbospanish.app from, or including, the email address on your account, and ask for it to be deleted. We'll delete it within 30 days.
